Amicas Wooden jerk blocks come in a set of two. Each block consists of four stackable boxes. They are a great addition to any gym setup allowing safe training for overhead lifts. Being versatile they can assist in a range of exercises such as partial deadlifts, floor presses and rack pulls among many others. They feature handles for easy movement.
The footprint is 36" x 20". They come in heights of 2.25", 6", 12" and 15".
