Why use a Plyo box?

The best known exercise for Plyo boxes is the box jump. Jumping from the floor onto the box and down again utilises the whole of the lower body which includes the Calves, Hamstrings, Quads and Glutes making you stronger, more dynamic and  powerful. If conducted for more than a few reps it will increase your heart rate and help to build lung capacity.
